About the Position
Canna Garden is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Budtender to join our team at our Palmer Park Blvd location.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time employment for the right person. We are looking for someone dependable who enjoys working with customers, is interested in cannabis products, and wants to grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Help customers select products based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Follow all Colorado cannabis laws and company policies
- Verify customer identification and follow compliance procedures
- Maintain knowledge of products and current inventory
- Assist with stocking and inventory duties
- Work well with the rest of the team
Qualifications
- Must meet all Colorado requirements for working in the cannabis industry
- Previous cannabis retail or bud tending experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional and positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Weekend availability is required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Compensation & Opportunity
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, business needs, and availability.
