Responsibilities
- Lead and support Customer Care Associates and Reservation Specialists
- Deliver excellent customer service and oversee client interactions
- Manage reservations, invoicing, payments, and client records
- Monitor capacity, waitlists, and daily front desk operations
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance
- Support marketing efforts, events, and client communications
Qualifications
- 23 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 12 years of customer service experience (payments preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using new systems and technology
WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. Must be open weekends and holidays. Possible shifts can include 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm.
