What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests picking up to-go and delivery orders with warmth and confidence
- Accurately package food to ensure quality, presentation, and order accuracy
- Manage online, phone, and in-person to-go orders efficiently
- Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team to keep orders running smoothly
- Handle payments and ensure all orders are completed correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized to-go and expo area
- Help answer guest questions and resolve small issues with hospitality and urgency
- Support the team during busy shifts because teamwork makes the dream crust
- Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-driven attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates
- Restaurant or to-go experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right people
