Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
* MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience required
- Experience in cannabis sales is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Cash handling experience is required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; multilingual skills, including Spanish, are a plus
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features and benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
