What You'll Do
HubSpot Management
- Maintain and update contact records within HubSpot
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns
- Create and update workflows, lists, and customer segments
- Assist with lead tracking and CRM data cleanup
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Create LinkedIn and social media content
- Draft blog posts, customer success stories, and company updates
- Develop marketing materials and sales support documents
- Assist with podcast promotion and content repurposing
- Help execute email marketing campaigns
- Assist with newsletter creation and distribution
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign results

Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
