Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office Ecommerce Specialist role located in Dallas, TX. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize the company’s online sales channels, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Responsibilities include monitoring website content, product data management, analyzing and reporting sales data, improving user engagement, and implementing ecommerce strategies to drive revenue. This role will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance online product visibility and handle customer inquiries related to our ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in E-Commerce platform management and strategies
• Experience with Microsoft 365 software programs,

• especially Excel and Outlook

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and suggest improvements for online sales performance
• Solid background in Sales with a focus on driving revenue growth through online channels
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
