Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to management, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide management oversite for all phases of the construction projects, including coordination of employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are being enforced and followed.
- Create all subcontractor contracts and aid in the process of obtaining all licenses and permits.
- Create all change orders within the project.
- Track and control project schedule as well as associated costs.
- Report to owners and architects about any and all project issues and conflicts.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the project in a supervisory role.
- Manage the day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
- Forecast revenue, profitability, and project cost with accuracy.
- Generate weekly budget reports for review with upper management.
- Administer and aid in the submittal review process between subcontractor/suppliers and design team.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. May substitute required education degree with related experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills as well as strong dispute resolution skills.
- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software.
