Maintenance Associate

Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Williams Hotel Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.

• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs as needed.

• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and building equipment.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards.

• Assist with emergency maintenance situations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
