Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with food handling and food safety management to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, oven, and warming stations safely and efficiently.
- Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout breakfast hours.
- Greet guests in person with friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special dietary needs when possible.
- Support food preparation tasks including rotating fresh items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Experience operating kitchen equipment such as oven, coffee machines, or warming stations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights safely, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably.
- Hospitality background is desirable.
