Our Night Auditor is the calm in the night, ensuring guests are taken care of after hours while balancing the books behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
As the Night Auditor, you’ll wear two hats: guest service and financial accuracy. You'll be the go-to team member for late-night check-ins, guest questions, and emergency needs—while also handling daily reports and reconciling the day’s business for a smooth hand-off to the morning shift.
Your Overnight Responsibilities Include:
- Providing warm, professional service to guests during the overnight hours
- Checking guests in and out, responding to late arrivals or early departures
- Handling all phone calls, security walks, and guest inquiries with care
- Running nightly audit reports and balancing the daily financials
- Preparing front desk for the morning shift, including paperwork and restocking supplies
- Monitoring the building and ensuring guest safety overnight
- Communicating any maintenance or guest issues in shift reports
- finish up laundry from the day and getting the coffee station ready for the day
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who can work independently and problem-solve confidently
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Basic computer and math skills (we’ll train you on the systems)
- Friendly, professional demeanor and solid communication skills
- Hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependability and comfort working overnight shifts (typically 11 PM – 7 AM)
