Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest and teammate. Your attention to detail and pride in your work directly support our IHG brand standards and 1 Service culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and guest‑ready rooms according to IHG cleanliness standards
- Support a positive, inclusive environment for guests and team members
- Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, stocking, and organizing guest rooms and public areas
- Visually inspect rooms and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information with courtesy and efficiency
- Deliver friendly, professional service with a 1 Service attitude in every interaction
