• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and helpful information to guests.
• Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Ability to collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
