Duties
As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing industrial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are spotless and hygienic.
- Conducting floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
- Managing housekeeping supplies and reporting any maintenance issues or shortages.
- Following safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assisting with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
