What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Auditor, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable stay. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing end-of-day financial audits and reconciling daily transactions. - Assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries. - Monitoring property security and ensuring a safe environment for all. - Preparing and distributing daily reports for management. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re excited to welcome individuals who are: - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts. - Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. - Proficient in basic computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly. - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required—no prior experience is necessary to apply!
