Duties
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while updating financial records
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the hotel premises during your shift
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls and providing information as needed
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in this role
