Job Description
Position: Behavioral Aides
Location: Duluth, MN
Terms: 1-year
Salary: $11 - $12/hour
Schedule: PT 4 days & 4 days off continuously rotates
Monday - Fridays 4:00PM or 4:30PM – 9:30PM or 10:30PM
Saturday/Sunday(double shifts) start and end 8:00am or 9:00am – 9:30PM or 10:30PM
Requirement:
Minimum 18 years of age with and HS diploma
Clean driving & background record
No experience needed
Wage increases with experience and other educational degrees.
Job Summary:
- Provide a safe environment both inside and outside the facility.
- Assist with ILS, daily routines, and therapeutic strategies.
- Transport clients and participate with community outings.
- Complete incident reporting and daily documentation.
- Cleaning & De-escalate emotional and physical behaviors
