Warehouse Supervisor – Healthcare Logistics Charlottesville, VA 22903 | Direct Hire | $55,000–$60,000/year | Full-Time
A leading third-party logistics provider is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to directly support one of the region's largest hospital systems. You'll run the day-to-day operation and serve as the hospital's go-to contact for inventory and supply needs. This is a permanent, direct hire role — not temp, not temp-to-hire.

You'll own the customer relationship with a major healthcare system
Small team of 3, meaning real ownership and accountability from day one
Your Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for the hospital when requesting inventory and supplies
Lead and support a team of up to 5 associates
Manage inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, and outbound order fulfillment
Conduct cycle counts, audits, and investigate inventory variances
Handle time-sensitive requests including healthcare recalls
Keep the facility organized, accurate, and audit-ready at all times
You Must Have:
Excellent attention to detail — this is a healthcare environment, errors have consequences
Strong, punctual communication skills — the hospital is counting on you to respond quickly
Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
