What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Management Specialist position at Candidate Experience site?
The Wealth Management Specialist is responsible for the initial engagement of advisors in the assigned Growth Team region, connecting advisors to Center of Excellence and Sales Enablement team. Provide support to the Growth Team in delivery of value-added programs and communications to all tier levels of advisors.
Responsibilities:
• Establish the advisor relationship with the Sales Enablement team(s) that deliver comprehensive sales support directly to advisors & their staff.
• For Tier 2 & Tier 1 advisors, follow up on growth plans and roadmaps progress, tackling roadblocks and encouraging adoption and milestone achievement.
• Create a value-add relationship with advisor back-office support with purpose of gaining trust, improving relationships (end client), satisfaction and retention.
• Work in collaboration with business development onboarding and sales enablement teams to ensure verified assets are realized on Cetera platform(s) within defined timeframes.
• Curate value line driver focused one-to-many webinars for advisors.
• Provide post-engagement support to Wealth Management Consultants & Regional Growth Team Leader.
What you will have:
• High School diploma or equivalent mix of education & experience
• Minimum 5 years of Service, Relationship and/or Sales Experience
• SIE and Series 7 Licenses required
• Series 6 and series 63 (63/65 combo) preferred
Travel:
Up to 15% for Advisor Facing Engagements & Strategic Cetera Events
Compensation Range:
The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 plus a competitive incentive compensation plan. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
