Treasury Analyst (Part-Time)
Boscov’s is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Treasury Analyst responsible for supporting daily cash operations, and treasury reporting. This role ensures accurate cash visibility through the execution of critical banking transactions, including wires, ACH payments, Checks and Positive Pay administration. The position plays a key role in maintaining strong internal controls, optimizing treasury processes, and enhancing data efficiency across banking platforms. The schedule is designed to support core daily treasury activities, with flexibility for up to 20–25 hours per week. This position works Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and release wire transfers and ACH payments with a high degree of accuracy
- Process check deposits and ensure timely reconciliation
- ACH and Check Positive Pay, including exception handling and fraud prevention
- Monitor ACH confirmations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily treasury reports
- Perform monthly bank reporting and support account reconciliations
- Manage Corporate Purchasing Card (ProCard) program
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, reporting, and data efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred or relevant employment experience
- 2 years of treasury, finance, or banking operations experience
- Hands-on experience with ACH, wire processing, and Positive Pay
- Strong Excel and Financial Reporting Skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
