The Strategic Engagement Analyst supports engagement initiatives across Advanced Wealth Solutions (AWS) by helping teams execute, coordinate, and measure programs that connect advisors to tools, resources, and solutions.
This role blends operational coordination with analytical support, offering hands‑on experience working across sales, enablement, marketing, and platform teams. What You’ll Do
- In this role, you’ll support strategic engagement efforts by:
- Assisting with coordination and execution of engagement activities, events, and initiatives
- Helping maintain engagement materials, calendars, and shared tools
- Supporting collaboration across teams such as Sales Enablement, Communications, and Marketing
- Preparing reports, summaries, and insights that help teams understand what’s working and where to improve
- Tracking activities and outcomes to improve visibility and consistency
- You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to enterprise‑level initiatives while building strong foundational skills.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (including internships) in areas such as analytics, operations, enablement, marketing, or similar
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)

Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
