We are seeking a Salesforce Engineer to support the development and enhancement of our contact center and wealth management platforms. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions, collaborating across teams, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve advisor and client experiences.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, test, and implement AI Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Develop applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks
• Support solutions that enable omnichannel contact center capabilities, including:
o Voice and call center integrations
o Live chat and digital engagement
o Email-to-case and case management workflows
o AI-enabled service capabilities
• Participate in the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support
• Troubleshoot production issues and support platform stability and performance
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and other technology teams to deliver business solutions
• Contribute to code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices
• Assist with deployment activities and release support as needed
• Explore opportunities to enhance advisor and client experiences through automation and process improvements
• Work with third-party vendors and internal partners to support delivery of high-quality solutions
What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of software development experience, including Salesforce development
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform capabilities, and integrations
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and case management processes
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and modern application development practices
• Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Interest in learning emerging technologies, including AI and automation capabilities
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
