Job Responsibilities
- Processing enrollments, changes, terminations of benefits utilizing HRIS system; Review and resolve error reports from vendors
- Participate in the annual open enrollment process
- Complete verification requests for HIPP, child support, etc.
- Creation and maintenance of benefit files
- Utilize HRIS System to run benefit reports
- Participate in preparation of coworker communications mailings
Job Requirements
- Prior experience with benefits administration in a multi-site company, preferred
- Prior experience processing medical enrollments and changes, preferred
- Knowledge of using employee self-service portals, preferred
- Self-starter, creative problem-solving skills and learning ability
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers, representatives, and government agencies
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn additional systems used by our benefits division
- Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day, excellent time management skills
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5 hours per day (10 AM- 3 PM preferred)
