Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP EWM to support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and cross-docking.
Design and implement integration between SAP EWM and Coupa (or other procurement platforms) for seamless purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice processes.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and document warehouse and procurement requirements.
Support goods movement, RF frameworks, yard management, labor management, and HU management.
Collaborate with MM/WM, PP, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end supply chain and procurement scenarios.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in warehouse and procurement workflows.
Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and training materials for users.
Participate in data migration, UAT, and go-live support for EWM and Coupa integration.
Provide process improvement recommendations to streamline supply chain operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
6 years of experience in SAP WM/EWM with at least 2 full-cycle EWM implementations.
Hands-on expertise in:
Inbound & Outbound Logistics
Warehouse Layout & Storage Bins
Handling Units, Batch Management, and Serial Numbers
Cross-docking, Yard Management, Labor Management
Experience integrating SAP EWM with Coupa or other procurement platforms.
Familiarity with SAP MM (Procurement) processes (PO, GR, Vendor Management).
Good understanding of interface technologies (IDocs, APIs, BAPIs) between SAP and third-party systems.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA EWM certification.
Experience in transportation management (SAP TM) and its integration with EWM.
Knowledge of Fiori apps related to EWM and Procurement.
- Experience in industries with complex warehouse and procurement operations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, logistics).
