As a licensed customer service/sales support team member with Dahline Fin and Ins Svcs, representing State Farm products, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance, financial services business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred in a business office environment
- Ability to complete business hiring assessment
- Ability to become fully licensed if not already in Auto/Home/Life/Health in any of these 3 States: IN/OH/KY
