About the Role
What You’ll Do
· Lead the execution of client engagements across all workstreams (eg manage client interactions, drive and coordinate required analysis, prepare and deliver client-ready reports and presentations)
· Draft client engagement proposals
· Manage and coach junior team members during execution and business development work, as well as through mentoring and training
· Support Partners with existing client and advisor relationships and start developing new ones independently and in conjunction with Partners. Including driving business development work and initiatives
· Help further drive the growth of Candesic through recruitment and knowledge development
What We’re Looking For
· 6 years of experience, including at a leading management consulting firm, with a proven track record in buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence as well as in strategy projects preferably in our core sectors
· Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a high degree of comfort in data analysis
· Ability to create clear, actionable visualisations to support client and team decision-making
· Strong client relationship skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging and leading client presentations
· Natural team player able to work effectively and collaboratively with everyone regardless of position
· Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is preferable
