Job Types: Part Time (approx. 20 hours per week - Monday through Thursday)
Pay: $16.00/hour

What You Will Do: Job Coaches work in the community or clients' places of employment to provide support and to obtain and maintain community employment. A Job Coach support can include:
- Helping learn and master job tasks
- Helping maintain emotional well-being
- Assisting communication with supervisors and coworkers
- Support clients in achieving personal goals
Requirements
- Associates degree in Business, Human Services or related field, or a combination of education and experience equivalency preferred
- Experience with people with disabilities and/or mental health is preferable
- Valid Call C Driver’s License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance
- Valid telephone number
- Valid address
- Internet, Email access, smartphone access
- Microsoft Teams access (Teams will need to be downloaded onto your phone or computer)
- High level of both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass both motor vehicle and criminal background checks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to tolerate emotions, such as frustration
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of systematic instruction in coaching people with disabilities in the workplace
- Possess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines, that are in accordance with the Iowa Department of Transportation motor vehicle safety standards and Candeo’s Motor Vehicle Guideline
