Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winter Garden, FL, for a Project Manager at Candela Controls Inc. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of lighting and control integration projects across various customer segments. Responsibilities include maintaining current job plans and specifications, coordinating timely procurement and delivery of materials, supplies, and services to the job site, managing scope, schedule and job costs, producing and gathering accurate project documentation and records, producing change orders, invoicing, payment reminders and other efforts necessarily for accurate and timely financial project outcomes. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks in a construction, low voltage or related industry setting
- Ability to read project blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of, or evidence of technical ability to develop a strong working knowledge of lighting controls and low-voltage wiring standards
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication, organization and team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with commercial lighting and control systems is a plus
- Technical associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field
- Intermediate computer skills, especially MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and D-Tools.
