Job Summary:

Candace Wagner Cleaning is currently accepting applications for full-time Professional Cleaning Technicians who are prepared to deliver high-quality residential cleaning services. The role focuses on exceeding client expectations through punctuality, professionalism, and exceptional cleaning standards.

Job Title: Professional Cleaning Technician

Location: Office Located in Dillsburg PA (Daily travel between job sites required)

Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)

Income Potential: $45,000–$55,000/year (Pay based on performance)

What You'll Do

• Arrive on time and prepared for each cleaning assignment.
• Provide outstanding cleaning experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Master the use of cleaning tools and chemicals for safe and effective results.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills (full training provided upon hire).
• Use efficient cleaning techniques to deliver optimal results.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with clients and team members.
• Deliver value that reflects the CWC brand’s high standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support colleagues.
• Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required (full training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Available for full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle for daily job travel.
