This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Francisco, CA, for an Executive Vice President at CAND.IT. In this role, you will lead strategic operations, oversee organizational growth, and drive key initiatives to further CAND.IT's mission. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage executive-level decision-making, develop innovative educational strategies, and represent the organization in building partnerships. Key responsibilities also include monitoring financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence across the organization.

• Proven executive leadership skills, strategic planning, and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of the education technology sector, along with expertise in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with financial oversight, budget management, and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and developing innovative strategies.
• Passion for empowering young people and contributing to technology education initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
