We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and energetic babysitter to provide in-home care for our 3-year-old daughter weekday mornings. We are located in the Crete, Illinois area and need someone to start ASAP. The ideal candidate loves working with toddlers, is highly dependable, and can commit to a consistent morning schedule with occasional local transportation needs.
Schedule:
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, attentive, and engaging care for a 3-year-old directly at our home in Crete.
- Plan toddler-friendly activities, games, reading, and playtime.
- Prepare and serve healthy morning snacks or light lunches.
- Pick up our daughter from school/preschool on early dismissal days.
Requirements:
- Must live in or be willing to commute to the Crete, IL area.
- Previous experience caring for toddlers (3 years old).
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a safe, reliable vehicle for occasional school pick-ups.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Excellent references from previous families.
