We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized licensed mental health professional as the Sr. Program Manager.
Must be able to provide proof of being a current Pennsylvania licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Please include any additional certifications as a child life specialist, play therapist, or creative arts therapist (music therapy, dance movement therapy, or art therapy specialization) if applicable. Must be able to provide clinical supervision.
An ideal candidate for this position will be able to meet the following expectations:
Be able to work independently. Able to facilitate adult support/networking groups, provide short-term individual counseling, provide clinical supervision to staff, coordinate with volunteers and medical professionals and ensure quality member interactions. Experience working with cancer is helpful but not required.

Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote / mostly daytime hours with some evening and weekends
FUNCTIONAL FOCUS
Program Facilitation
· Coordinate and facilitate new member meetings
· Facilitate support groups and networking groups
· Provide short-term counseling
· Develop adult programming that supports CSCGP mission
· Address member and volunteer questions / concerns regarding programs
· Ensure physical spaces are welcoming and engage new members
Program Support (Include but not limited to):
· Ensure coordination and facilitation for daily program activities and events
· Oversight of adult program calendar
· Oversight of onboarding & intake process
· Assess outcomes, satisfaction surveys and engagement to facilitate program development
· Supervise Program Coordinators
· Provide clinical supervision for Program Coordinators
· Responsible for communication with property manager and on-site building needs
· Provide support for all programs on an as needed basis
· Assist with community outreach & engagement
· Participation & co-facilitation of supervision and staff meetings
· Cultivation activities to support program functions
· Speaking in the community about programs and services
· Management of materials to ensure the flow to appropriate sources

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
