Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily office operations, ensuring all processes run seamlessly and efficiently
- Processing and tracking Prior Authorizations
- Payroll processing
- Processing Daily balance patient payments
- Handle front desk duties and Medical assisting as needed such as greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and maintaining a professional office environment
- Updating demographics in EMR system -ONCO by Flatiron
- Backing up Financial Coordinator as needed
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in filing, recordkeeping
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
