Definition
Under the direct supervision of the Office Supervisor, the Admissions Representative performs a variety of clerical tasks that maintain the operation of the office on a daily basis. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments, testing, and referrals. This position works closely with patients to ensure we provide accurate appointments, authorization, and information related to the patient's condition. The Admissions Representative also works closely with physicians to provide the best possible patient care and facilitate any clerical tasks that need to be performed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a medical office setting, with basic computer and secretarial skills
- Must have good organizational skills, reading, writing, and proven communication skills.
- Must be able to type 50 words per minute and 10 key calculator.
