What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Visual Design intern position at Canary Marketing?
We’re looking for a Junior Visual Design Intern to join our Internal Brand Team, reporting directly to the Lead Brand Designer. In this role, you’ll support the development of marketing materials, assist with copywriting, and contribute to social media campaign designs.
What You’ll Do
· Create and refine visual assets for internal and external marketing initiatives
· Assist with layout design, brand collateral, and social media content
· Support copywriting for campaigns and branded communications
· Collaborate with the brand team to maintain visual consistency across all materials
What We’re Looking For
· Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
· Working knowledge of Canva
· A strong eye for design, typography, and layout
· Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take creative direction
· Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Details:
· Hybrid with in SF Office time mixed with home office
· $30/ Hr. pay
· 25-40 hours a week (flexible around school schedule)
