What does a Bank Operations Representative do?
Bank Operations Representatives play a crucial role in the bank’s mission to fortify healthy financial lives by supporting a wide array of processes including the daily administration of customer money flow via Wire, ACH, Check, and Debit/ATM Card channels; maintain daily oversight of disputed transactions via these transaction channels; provide user access and maintenance support for customer Online Banking accounts; legal request response related to Subpoenas and other authorized information requests; account maintenance and fund remittance associated with IRS Levies and Legal Restraints; oversight and administration of customer contact information in various systems; maintaining the incoming and outgoing mail and parcels from the bank’s corporate headquarters; and other duties that support the operational safety, soundness, and efficiency of the bank.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
- A high school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
- One year customer service experience, prior Financial Industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- An ability to maintain exceptional agility in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
- Strong PC skills necessary to leverage general marketplace programs (such as Microsoft Office) and financial industry specific programs.
- Strong customer service experience.

Compensation range- $18.00-$20.00
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
