What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Member Service Representative position at Canandaigua federal credit union?
Member service responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Processing daily member transactions, including withdrawals, deposits and loan payments
Daily balancing of cash drawer and incoming checks
Account research
Back office clerical work
Telephone account inquiries
Cross-sell service of credit union products and services
Filing and miscellaneous office duties
Qualifications: High school diploma, cash handling experience is a must, and customer service experience.
Nights and weekends off
Holidays off with pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
