Canandaigua Country Club has two job openings:
Grounds Crew: Join the golf course grounds crew team in helping maintain our golf course in championship condition. This is part-time seasonal position requiring thirty hours per week from April through October.
Building Maintenance: In this position you will perform light maintenance around the club house and banquet facility as well as the waterfront and docks. The hours are flexible, requiring two or three days per week from April through October
Both positions pay $18.00 per hour plus eligibility to play golf on Monday’s.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows; familiarity with power tools like trimmers and blowers.
- Ability to perform routine building maintenance tasks including minor repairs with basic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety procedures.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and the ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
