Responsibilities: Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials, components, and supplies to support production schedules. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure accurate material requirements and availability. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to prevent shortages and excesses. Manage material storage and organization within the manufacturing facility, optimizing space utilization. Work closely with suppliers to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time deliveries. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as material receiving reports and inventory records. Identify and address any issues or delays in material flow that could impact production timelines. Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming materials to meet manufacturing standards. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material handling processes. Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a material coordinator, inventory control, or related role within a manufacturing environment. 0-4 years of experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various teams and suppliers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes and materials is desirable but not required.
