Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready for your next opportunity? We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Plant Superintendent to lead manufacturing operations, improve production performance, and support a successful team!
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and support shift supervisors and production employees.
✅ Monitor productivity, quality, safety, costs, and KPIs.
✅ Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams.
✅ Reduce downtime, scrap, and rework.
✅ Drive continuous improvement and maximize plant efficiency.
✅ Manage inventory and support overall plant profitability.
✅ Develop employees and promote teamwork and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ At least 5 years of experience leading teams.
✔️ Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
✔️ Experience with assembly and/or machining preferred.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✔️ Union experience strongly preferred, but not required.
✔️ A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
