Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is actively hiring dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable performing physically demanding labor in an industrial manufacturing environment.
THIS IS NOT A LIGHT-DUTY OR TRADITIONAL JANITORIAL POSITION.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable lifting heavy materials, and can handle a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Clean heavy industrial machinery, conveyors, and production equipment.
- Scrape, shovel, and remove industrial buildup and debris.
- Perform physically demanding tasks involving bending, climbing, standing, and repetitive movements.
- Work in industrial environments that may be hot, dirty, or physically challenging.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Ideal Candidates
- Have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse labor, manufacturing, industrial cleaning, or other physically demanding positions.
- Are comfortable performing manual labor throughout their shift.
- Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
- Previous industrial experience is preferred but not required.
