- Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively
- Oversee project coordination among subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and workflow
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Review blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D drawings, and construction estimates to accurately assess project scope and resource needs
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, verify quality standards, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software to track project milestones, budgets, and documentation effectively
Skills
- Extensive experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction software platforms
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading for accurate project planning
- Proven ability in construction site management with hands-on experience in civil engineering or heavy civil projects
- Excellent skills in contract negotiation, change management, and project scheduling to meet deadlines efficiently
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings while coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects
- Exceptional time management skills with a focus on prioritization and multitasking in fast-paced environments
