What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Shift Maintenance/Security Worker (part time) position at Canaan Valley Resort?
Job Summary: Performs lodge/hotel repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained, while ensuring a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Requires some weekend and holiday hours Hours - 10:00pm to 7:00am
- Overlapping responsibilities to protect facilities/lodge, conduct routine patrols, monitor alarm systems, check locks and perform preventative maintenance tasks and minor repairs.

Report any problems that would interfere with guest satisfaction
- Basic hotel and cabin maintenance

Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the lodge/hotel

Other duties as assigned
