The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, directing sales operations, and driving growth through the development of strategic business relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales management, managing strategic accounts, spearheading business development initiatives, and optimizing sales operations to meet organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA.
- Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations to lead teams, develop strategies, and optimize sales processes.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities to guide the sales team effectively and contribute to organizational success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in the property development or real estate industry is a significant advantage.
