Can’t Sleep Center is looking for a polished, relationship-driven Physician Referral Liaison to help grow our medical referral network across Orange County.
This is a part-time role for someone who knows how to walk into a medical office, build trust, educate the team, and create real referral momentum.
We work with patients struggling with obstructive sleep apnea, CPAP intolerance, TMJ disorders, and chronic orofacial pain. Our practice bridges medical and dental care through evidence-based, non-invasive treatment options.
We are not looking for someone to drop off flyers.
We are looking for someone who can open doors.
The right person has experience calling on physician offices, building referral relationships, and representing a healthcare service with confidence and follow-through.
What you will do:
Build relationships with primary care, ENT, cardiology, neurology, sleep medicine, pain management, and VA-related offices
Educate providers and teams on our referral pathways for sleep apnea, CPAP-intolerant patients, TMJ, and orofacial pain
Reactivate past referral sources and develop new physician relationships
Coordinate short educational visits and lunch-and-learns
Track outreach, referrals, and results
Represent Can’t Sleep Center with professionalism, clarity, and credibility
Strong fit if you have experience in:
Medical sales
DME or respiratory care
Pharma or medical device sales
Provider relations
Specialty practice marketing
Physician liaison work
Healthcare business development
Sleep medicine experience is a plus, but not required.
What matters most is confidence, consistency, organization, and the ability to build relationships that turn into referrals.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base plus performance bonus tied to qualified referral growth and treatment starts.
