Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee supplies and food items.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must wear lingerie/bikinis everyday, clean shoes, hair and makeup MUST be done everyday. Nails must be painted or acrylics.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
