Quality Control Assurance Technician
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM
Accountabilities:
Can One is currently seeking a Quality Control Assurance Technician for our industrial manufacturing facility located in Nashua NH
The Quality Control (QC) position will be responsible for managing and maintaining standards and evaluating can samples; analyzes and interprets trends, charts dates and conditions as noted and recorded by Can Technicians and Department Inspectors. Visually or with gauges, conduct random sample inspections of in-process or finished products. Performs planned audits, complaint follow-up to ensure company quality control standards are maintained. This position provides relief coverage requiring familiarity with and competency in performing all of the requirements of other Quality Inspector positions. Will require frequent data entry into select company data bases, including spreadsheets such as EXCEL.
This position requires good verbal and written communication skills when interacting between all of the inspectors and plant employees to communicate needed information relating to quality issues. Company and customer standard requirements, demonstrating attention to detail in inspections or in auditing are effectively performed to ensure the best corrective action can be enacted.

Job Requirements:
· Must be a minimum of 18 years old
· High School diploma or G.E.D.
· Minimum 6 months’ work experience in Quality Control/Assurance in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
· Prior computer experience is required.
· Recent EXCEL spreadsheet experience is preferred.
· Must possess basic math skills.
· Must be able to comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of times as well as work on elevated stationary platforms.
· Demonstrated strong attention to detail, good record keeping and precision abilities is essential.
· Ability to work under time pressures and flexibility to adjust to sudden work patterns or schedules.
· Ability to work independently and with teams.
· Must have good interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
