Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Commercialization Support
- Coordinate commercialization activities across R&D, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Engineering.
- Track project timelines and deliverables in company systems.
- Support the transition from R&D innovation to market readiness (packaging, pricing, positioning, product info).
- Capture learnings from launches to improve future processes.
- Prepare marketing briefs, data sheets, and launch materials.
Brand Development & Communication
- Support execution of company's brand refresh across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to bring brand strategies to life.
- Maintain brand standards, tone, and visual consistency.
- Coordinate creation and updates of sales and marketing materials.
- Contribute to communication plans that strengthen our market presence
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as liaison across R&D, Sales, and Marketing to keep projects on track.
- Maintain organized notes, tasks, and updates in shared systems (Teams, SharePoint).
- Prepare agendas and follow-ups for internal meetings.
- Coordinate trade show, customer presentation, and rollout materials.
- Occasional travel to plants, customers, or events.
Creative & Analytical Support
- Apply strong visual and brand sensitivity to materials and content.
- Coordinate outsourced creative work and provide clear feedback.
- (Preferred) Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite or similar for light design updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor materials to inform messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing business communications or related field.
- 2-5 Years of experience in Marketing coordination, Project management, or Commercialization
- Food Industry experience a plus
Skills
- Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
- Experience coordinating timelines and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tolls (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint. Excel)
- Familiarity with creative and asset management tools (Adobe, Canto, Canvas, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to translate technical or R&D concepts into clear marketing language.
- Strong sense for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
- Passion for bringing new products and ideas to market.
- Positive, collaborative, and resourceful team player.
- Adaptable to both structured and entrepreneurial environments
- Comfortable working across departments and priorities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Location
This role is most effective when based in the Reading, PA area, allowing regular in-person interaction with teams and operations for better collaboration and alignment.
