General Summary:
The Online Merchandiser will be responsible for optimizing merchandising strategies, execution of products and promotional content to the site, managing a subset of site-facing categories, and completing analysis for their areas of responsibility. The role will also serve as the point of contact between buying, site operations, and the photo studio team. The Online Merchandiser will report to the eCommerce Site Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Develop, own, and execute seasonal product attribution guidelines and changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee new products to website and ensure product is available for purchase in applicable categories. Assist with set-up of 3P styles as needed.
Execute seasonal site strategy for defined areas that supports the marketing and buying strategies as well as in season changes to optimize and/or react to business.-
Determine site navigation and manage categories to support marketing/buying strategies, trends, web analytics, and on-site search data.
- Communicate merchandise status updates using existing tools to all relevant cross functional partners.
Coordinate all keds.com promotional internal teams alignment (site, merch, email, loyalty), manage code creation, and facilitate partner QA/testing to execute best in class promotions
Drive conversion and demand by analyzing and optimizing path-to-product, page performance, category conversion and top sellers.
- Optimize & utilize site search to help the customer find products effectively and communicate insights to merchandising team.
Responsible for category page experience, including merchandising sorts, content, filters, and overall customer experience.
- Examine merchandising strategies of key competitors and best in class online retailers to understand emerging trends.
Ensure product accuracy by running daily exception reporting and analyzing opportunities
Monitor on-site search results to optimize results to drive conversion.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Partner with digital content team and marketing to create a compelling product experience and help evolve the site merchandising strategy for new arrivals, sale periods, and guiding the shopper to trend-right products based on business goals.
Support company initiatives by taking the business lead on stretch assignments related to the growth of the digital business.- Assist planning in processing the weekly selling reports as needed.

Minimum Experience:
4-6 years of digital and eCommerce experience
Experience with the ATG platform, Experience Manager, or equivalent ecommerce platforms
Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Omniture and BrightEdge
Proficient in XM
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Salary : $72,500 - $91,800
