Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rate: $20-$25 per hour
Camrise is a DJI Authorized Distributor and an authorized service center in the US, with both a retail location and a growing e‑commerce presence. We are a fast‑moving distribution and service company looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Customer Operations Associate to join our New Jersey team. In this role, you will be the responsible of our after‑sales and some e‑commerce operations, managing customer support tickets, processing orders and repairs, handling RMAs, and keeping our systems accurate.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Support & Ticket Management
- Handle repair-related customer inquiries and provide timely status updates
- Process and update paid, declined, and replacement tickets out system
- Coordinate with internal teams for repair purchase orders and payments
- Process RMAs and manage communications with manufacturer support teams
- Respond to new customer inquiries
Order & Store Operations
- Check inventory and capture payments for incoming online orders
- Process paid repair invoices and manage order cancellations
- Support store operations for retail store and online channels
Repair Coordination & Fulfillment (As Needed)
- Provide status updates 3rd party repair accounts
- Support parts coordination for online order fulfillment
- Print and organize documentation for paid repair orders
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient with computers and digital platforms
Preferred
- Experience with Zendesk and/or Shopify
- Background in consumer electronics, drones, or tech retail
