Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Supervisor role based in Wytheville, VA. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet service and safety standards. This role leads and schedules warehouse team members, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and provides coaching and training to support high performance. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures accurate inventory control, coordinates material handling and equipment use (including forklifts and related machinery), and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role also supports continuous improvement by monitoring key metrics, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with management and other departments to meet customer and organizational expectations.

Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation, carrier coordination, and outbound/inbound workflow.
- Material handling and inventory control skills, with the ability to manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and storage optimization.
- Forklift operation experience, including safe operation, basic equipment checks, and adherence to safety procedures (certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software for tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or logistics coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
